About the job
You will be responsible for producing and optimising the donor communication throughout our donor's journey. Your assignment includes planning, implementing and following up on communication activities with the goal of increasing customer loyalty, conversion rate and strengthening our brand. Examples of work tasks include:
Creating, producing and distributing communication to donors, in various channels (both digital and print).
Develop and implement a new, digital donor communication programme.

Kvinna till Kvinna's Communication Department consists of 18 staff members, divided into four units. You will become a part of our fundraising team that works closely with each other and others in the organisation. You will also work closely with our editorial team, responsible for our digital channels such as web and social media.

About you
You are self-driven, results oriented and proactive as well as creative. You enjoy teamwork and have a genuine interest in communication and customer relationships. You like all-round content creation and are used to working with copy, graphic design and images for both digital and analogue channels. You have experience in working with target audiences to increase revenue and loyalty of existing customers or donors. You are interested in analysing statistics as well as working data driven to optimise communication and advertising.

You need to at least have
Relevant education in marketing / communication / graphic design.
Two years of experience in customising target adapted and selling copy for customer or donor communication.
Good knowledge of Adobe CC (mainly InDesign and Photoshop).
Fluency in Swedish and master English as a working language.

Merits
Knowledge in digital advertising (primarily Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager)
Collaboration with agencies and experience in campaign planning
Fundraising and experience of CRM systems
Experience in working with an e-mailing marketing system
Experience of CMS systems (we use Wordpress)
Basic knowledge about GDPR

This is a full-time position with a starting probationary period of 6 months. Access as soon as possible. The position is based in Stockholm and travel may occur. Goal-oriented working hours applies.
