AsCommunications & Employer Branding Expert at Wematter you will help us build a strong corporate as well as employer branding. You will develop our strategies regarding attracting new talent, building a strong culture, customer acquisition, developing marketing campaigns, content creation, produce and manage marketing materials and handling all communication both external and internal. You will also help in sorting out incoming talent, qualify them and prepare the onboarding activities.
We expect you to have experience in communication, preferably talent recruiting and a strong interest for technology and business relations. You are a doer that makes things happen, fast! You are organized and have an entrepreneurial mindset that is excited to be part of a fast growing company.
You will also assist in other communication activities, such as events, influencer campaigns and PR-activities such as media monitoring and building relationships with journalists.
You are also humble and positive. It is important to understand that you are expected to both work with strategic long term goals as well as hands on tasks administrative tasks.
We think you might be a student in final stages of your studies, having the flexibility to work 50-100 %, or you might have recently graduated and you're ready to start mastering your new skills.

• Both strategic and hands on experience of effective communications, preferably with both academic and practical experience.
• Excellent writer
• Know how to hack the world preferably a growth hacker
• Fluent in Swedish and English
Extra plus
• Experience from a PR-agency
• Experience from working with Talent/HR
• Experience in working with inDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator
