This is a consultant assignment via KIMM/Wise Professionals to our client in the Gothenburg area. The assignment is full-time starting in August 5 months ahead.
About the position
The main goal in the position is to secure a proactive and structured communication strategy and plan, in line with the change management plans in the program, as well as execute those planned activities. Focus will be on production, support, and coordination of communication activities on both a tactical and operational level. Your objective is to secure a proactive and structured Communication Management approach in all Change Management activities in the areas of responsibility. You are also responsible for providing a cohesive communication approach throughout the program, coordinated with GIS communication, divisional communication, and other Group communication, including high level plan, activity schedule and execution.
Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain and adapt a compelling Change Story for the program
• Build and manage a communication plan and adapt the messages to the target audiences and the change management plan.
• Create and maintain communication material, including presentations, SharePoint site, news, newsletters, articles, videos in accordance with the communication plan
• Manage the program communication sites and news flow
• Prepare templates and advise on program communication material
• Ensure an aligned interface between NextGen PLM and the sister program Amplify (ERP Implementation), communication wise
• Keep together the relevant governance and networks to implement the strategy successfully
• Coordinate with other communication support functions in Husqvarna Group, keep together necessary governance and networks relevant to successfully communicate in the program.
Profile (skills and competences)
• Experience of working in a complex international business environment
• Ability to make complex subjects into understandable and engaging content.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Content production
• Proven ability to work creatively and proactively in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to support and advice regarding communication activities
• Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency
• Visual communication skills (filming and editing is a plus)
Required qualifications (Background)
• Experience in Communication management
• Experience in the disciplines of change management methodology, stakeholder engagement, marketing and communication, content production and Communications-Consultant with experience from multinational change programs in a complex environment.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience within Communication Management and content production
• Experience from Strategic Communication work.
