Due to an internal promotion, we are now recruiting for a Communications Manager in our Marketing department. In this role you will help Cochlear to realise its mission by contributing to global communications projects to effectively market Cochlear and its products and services to hearing care professionals and end users.

More specifically you will:
Be responsible for project leading and creating global communications material (digital and print) to effectively market CBAS products and services to professional partners and customers.
Ensure core messages, projects and activities are developed in alignment with the Brand Strategy.
Work closely with regional partners, team members and the graphical team to ensure global alignment on core messages and brand guidelines.

You Bring Your Skills and Experience
As a regulated company, Cochlear has a responsibility to hire people with the right skills and qualifications to do the work. To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Relevant degree within communications or marketing is desirable. Other relevant degrees (e.g. health sciences) with experience in marketing or communications is acceptable.
Track record in developing and managing B2B and B2C communications and/or public relations in an international company.
Regional or global marketing communications experience.
Experience in industry - marketing high-tech industries and preferably Med-tech / health care related is desirable.
Experience working with and managing outside agencies.
Proven experience and demonstrable high-level written and communication skills in English is essential.
Proven hands on skills in creating and developing communications material for a variety of audiences.
The ability to solve problems and collaborate to get work done that delivers benefit to Cochlear's customers.
