Fagerhult is a family company founded in 1945 and is one of Europe 's leading lighting companies (maybe this will explain our light-related puns!). In this role you 'll be working for Fagerhult Group, a company consisting of 12 lighting brands organized into four business areas - Collection, Premium, Professional and Infrastructure. In total more than 4 000 colleagues in almost 30 countries.
Now we 're looking for their new Communications and Content Manager. If you 're great at coming up with catchy copy, have an eye for design and a knack for strategic thinking - this role might be for you!
The Team
With an amazing office space at Södermalm in Stockholm, you 'll be working closely with the team members of Fagerhult Group, while reporting to the Chief Strategy and Communication Officer. Here the work environment is friendly, ambitious, and supportive.

In the role as their Communications and Content Manager, you 'll be the center of content and communications at Fagerhult Group, juggling a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities. We are looking for someone with an understanding of both creative and strategic work that wants to join and contribute to the journey the Fagerhult Group brand is on. We think that you can help this entrepreneurial company reach new heights with your mindful and creative ideas!
Some of your main responsibilities as the Communications Manager:
* Creating content for Fagerhult Group. This includes copy, press releases, movies, and images.
* Creating, maintaining, and developing the Fagerhult Group communications strategy.
* Conceptualizing and developing the Fagerhult Group brand.
* Maintaining and updating the web page.
* Working with internal communications for the 4 000 employees, mainly by updating the internal communications channel, "Workplace",
* Coordinate and produce the Annual Rapport
Who we think you are
It 's important that you are passionate about content and communication, and that you have great knowledge of marketing in general and are up to date with the latest trends. We also think that you are highly creative, maybe even a rebellious communicator, with great writing skills as well as analytical abilities. You see the big picture and have the long-term plan in mind. You are organized in your routine and project planning. The perfect fit for this role is also driven, self-propelled and wouldn 't hesitate to dig in and help with whatever you can.
To succeed in this position, we see that you meet the following criteria:
* A few years ' experience in graphic design
* Proven experience with copy and/or content writing
* Fluent in both Swedish and English
* If you also have an interest in the field of lighting, that 's a plus but not a must.
Form of employment
This is a full-time recruitment with 6 months ' probation.
Start: As soon as possible. Remote work is possible a few days per week.
