Work Description:
The Marketing & Communications team works with all user communication at Benify and planning the flow of information to all channels and markets. The goal is to ensure aligned communication internally at Benify but also to have a clear overview of all available channels and how to make the best use of them. The team works with consulting our clients, creating new high standards on visualization and driving the development of technical functionality to ensure the best communication available.
As a Communication Strategist, you will be responsible for creating the filters that we use in our communication, where you should be prepared to use your technical skills and interest to do so. You will also play a part in creating material from new client launches and employees first introduction of the portal, together with the entire user journey. This includes creating client specific and global filters, along with assisting in all ongoing communication requests from clients that will be handled by your team.
Experience:
We are looking for a person with a strategic, technical and creative mindset, who wants to further develop the way we communicate with our clients today. Someone who thinks it is important that we use targeted and engaging communication across all channels and who is analytical and data-driven, wanting to constantly improve our communication based on highest impact. To succeed in this role, we believe that you are driven towards a goal to increase user engagement improving awareness and usage of the portal. Preferably, you come from a technical background as you will work with creating and developing filters, together with using FPS as the main communication tool.
Who are you?
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and written
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Experience in communication
• Have a structured, analytical and technical mindset
• Enjoy being creative at the same time as driving technical improvements
• Result-oriented
It is a big plus is if you have a degree in marketing.
