Would you like an exciting role in an international environment helping to build trust and promote our brand, products and services to our employees as well as to our customers and opinion formers? We currently have a vacancy for the right person in our staff function Communications at BAE Systems Hägglunds.
As a Communication specialist with main responsibility for internal communication, you will be responsible for driving communications projects and successfully delivering a range of high quality communications activities. This includes short term day-to-day delivery as well as planned projects with fixed deadlines.
You will report to BAE Systems Hägglunds Head of Communications.
Your main responsibilities will involve:
* Planning, executing, delivering and evaluating employee communications content aligned with strategy across all media channels
* Provide creative internal communication campaigns support and employee input for communications plans aligned with Group communications activities
* Develop, manage, deliver and review external communications plans and activities
* Develop relationships with stakeholders from across BAE Systems and other relevant stakeholders, source, review and maintain key facts and content, to ensure relevance, consistency and accuracy
* Liaise with the Head of Communications and Leadership team to co-ordinate content and messages across external and internal channels in support of business objectives
Your skills and qualifications:
Essential:
* At least 5 years' experience from a similar position
* A strong understanding of social media, digital communications, and media relations
* Seamless between English and Swedish, other languages an advantage
* Strong Power Point skills and ability to work with others presentations in different formats
Desirable:
* Master degree level or equivalent
* Experience/Understanding of Project Management
* Knowledge of latest event/exhibitions techniques and desire to apply new techniques to the solutions where possible

You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (verbal and written) and have the ability to form strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
