Manage and drive Communication team supporting global and local Sony clients. Communications manager create, implement and oversee design asset production such as Out of box experience including the research, box concept and artwork. Communications managers perform a variety of tasks, such as the creation and development of print and online advertising, email marketing, web site management and content development, press releases, bylined articles, white papers, corporate videos and marketing collateral, RFP review and development, marketing budget development and cost tracking. They may aid in the preparation of presentations and/or speeches geared toward employees. This role provides supervision and direction to staff and often works in conjunction with the different design, brand & marketing departments. The communication manager reports to the head of a Studio Nordic.
Key Competencies
• Language requirements: English/ Japanese/ Swedish
• Must be a confident communicator and presenter
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
• Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
• Superior project management and time management skills
• Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in /printed media/digital media/social media
In this role you are also required to have good knowledge of brand identity, communications programs, both internal or external, that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
• Entrepreneurial approach
