A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
On a daily basis you are one of our go-to persons when it comes to communication relating to our Digital business unit. Based on your 5+ years of experience in a technology/digitally driven area you feel empowered to lead and co-create communication from a strategic point of view. You build strong and meaningful interpersonal relationships and you feel comfortable with defining, planning, executing and following up of all communication to relevant stakeholders whilst keeping the receivers' needs and IKEA values at heart. Your hands-on mentality will help taking your strategic input and turning this into practice.
Ideally your background would include the following:
• Proven advanced training in Communications or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of both external and internal communication experience
• Understanding of business issues and challenges and general financial skills
• Experience with working with strategic communication
• Experience with leading in change
• Experience with crisis communication
• Experience in communicating from a Digital/IT perspective is strongly preferred.
• Preferred: Knowledge of IKEA way of working
