During 2024 our communication and change specialist is on parental leave, this gives you an opportunity to grow in the areas of communication and change and cover for Linn, while she is home with her family.
In this position you will be part of a great team in the department Finance Way & Innovation Office. The department is the transformation muscle of the global Finance Community and right now there is a lot of cool things happening at Finance, as we are in the midst of rolling our new ERP platform and transforming Finance to be able to enable better business, today and in the future.
If you have a will to take part in delivering and building our communication and change management arena and not the least make it spark as the transformation program progresses - you are the one we are looking for! This position will not only boost your own development, but also expand your network and get to know the global Finance Community better.
Your role
As our Communication and Change Management Specialist, you will support our Finance Community globally as well as the finance transformation program with operational and strategic communication and change activities. You will work with colleagues both within Finance and the program but also cross Scania, e.g., with People & Culture and other large transformation programs at Production & Logistics and Purchasing.
Tasks in this context can typically be exemplified with:
• Operational communication and change activities
• Produce and coordinate content for various channels and platforms. Content may be films, articles, newsflashes
• Act as the interface for Finance Community and F&BC towards Internal Corporate Communication
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Enabling functions in regard to communication and different activities
• Coordinate content and work for our Finance Community Portal
• Arrange and coordinate digital and on-site CFO Conferences
• Support in communication activities within the portfolio Next Level Finance and Finance Community
• Support change managers in change mgmt. activities and local receiving activities
• Strategical communication and change activities
• Contribute and develop the internal and external communication and change strategies and plans within the program
• Collaborate with other change managers
• Stakeholder management - set the right message and tone to the right party
Who are you?

Your second nature is creating trust, building relations, and being inspirational. You are confident with your knowledge within communication and change but are also curious about new ways of connecting with people and understanding how different individuals respond to change.
