hela Sverige Do you have practical knowledge about production processes? Experis Engineering are looking for a Commodity Manufacturing Engineer to our international customer within the automotive industry for a 6 months long assignment with possibilities of extension.
This is a great opportunity for you who founds production processes and technical innovations.
As a Manufacturing Engineering your role is to ensure the development out of a process-driven product development through early secure and coordinate the activities of Manufacturing Engineering development stage.
As a commodity Manufacturing Engineer you are a part of a team who works with develop and implement quality assured, flexible and effective production systems in the Final Assembly plants. You task is to ensure a process-driven product development by driving forward and coordinating Manufacturing Engineering activities in design and product development, with focus on production-effective product solutions.
Main Responsibility
• Lead and coordinates manufacturing process activities in PD within responsibility area.
• Describe and visualize assembly methods and issue PII:s (Process and Inspection Instruction) in TCe(virtual builds) and PPA(physical builds).
• Develops efficient (man hour & layout) and ergonomic work methods. Update of local manufacturing engineering systems and inputs to steering system for production control.
• Plans in detail, specifies functions and needs for equipment in cooperation with Tooling.
• Identifies needs of new error proofing/quality assurance 'systems' or update existing.
• Reporting status and deviations in decided systems / tools and ensure that there are actions plans to reach target.
Competence Requirements
• Technical competence at senior high school or university level is desirable.
• Practical experience of the production process.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
