Mission
As a Commodity Buyer part of Facility Services & Utilities European team, you will be fully responsible for your segments with the opportunity to handle all from sourcing up to supplier selection and agreement signature including strategic reasoning.

You will be accountable for the Quality, Delivery, Cost, Feature, Technology, Sustainability and Risk Management, QDCFTSR, of the supplier base on your segments. You will be responsible to make sure that the segment strategy is implemented through supplier selection, and by continuously securing supplier QDCFTSR performance by using the tools and purchasing/cross functional network.

Core Responsibilities
• Contribute to segment strategies & be an active member in the global network of commodity buyers.
• To drive sourcing activities for your segments and negotiate challenging price and legal agreements.
• Close tracking of supplier performance and drive all relevant activities to deliver on QDCFTSR targets.
• To secure that supplier selection is aligned with the Segment strategy/Segment Business Plan.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with internal cross functional stakeholders.
• Perform daily purchasing activities related to order management, logistics and financial flows to the suppliers

Qualifications
• University degree, preferably in engineering or business
• Minimum 3 years purchasing experience
• High energy and passion for performance
• Excellent communication skills
• Structured way of working
• Self-driving and work independently
• Motivated by change management and ability to drive change
• Team player
