Do you have a passion for fashion and supply chain? Join us on our exciting journey! We are looking for a Commercial Specialist, who wants to join the Global Logistics Commercial team, at our Head Office in Stockholm.

We put the customer in focus and our job is about fulfilling the customer promise, through a wide network of stores, warehouses, and business partners.
The Logistics Commercial team supports in building a strong portfolio of logistics partners (3PL, MHE/Automation, Transportation, etc.) to achieve business results, drive value, ensure compliance and optimize performance in cost and customer service. Our main responsibility areas are connected to strategic vendor selection, deal setup, negotiations, contract life cycle management, vendor relationship management, strategic partnerships, risk management and compliance. The team collaborates closely with other global and regional stakeholders, maintains a global perspective, acts as a strategic sparring partner, and focuses on creating clear standards for commercial activities.
Job Description
The job of a Commercial Specialist comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your main responsibilities will include:
Develop and set standards for procurement, contract life cycle management and vendor performance/relationship management globally within logistics
Support in developing, implementing, and monitoring success criteria for deals
Develop/co-develop routines, system requirements, tools, standards, templates and processes for strategic sourcing, negotiation, contracts evaluation, storage & access, and performance management of business partners
Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders and provide global cross-benchmarking, insights, and analysis to support decision making and prioritization
Organize workshops and training sessions to align and improve ways of working globally
Drive and be part of cross-functional collaborations connected to development initiatives
Understand your impact to others and contribution to the bigger picture
Analyze contract strength, pricing models, risks, and recommend improvement opportunities
Ensure that contracts meet H&M group requirements, legal, compliance, and sustainability standards
Collect and share global best practices connected to the commercial models, contractual risks, flexibility, terminations, amendments, prolongations, etc.

Moreover, we see that you bring with you the following:
B.Sc., M.Sc. in relevant academic field
Strong contract, commercial, legal, category/vendor management expertise
Good understanding of supply chain and logistics with focus on service, cost, and sustainability
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Resilient, decisive and action oriented
Comfortable to challenge people and processes
Comfortable to work within a matrix organization and a changing environment
Open mindset with strong desire to learn, improve and lead in change
