For our Gothenburg office we are looking for a substitute during a parental leave for the position as Commercial Sales Associate.

Arbetsuppgifter
o Support in commercial pre-series activities (e.g. ordering, ramp-up planning, time schedules, quantities)
o Planning/Controlling/Support: Manage logistic items
• Management of supplier portal (super user) and coordination of overall customer issues (e.g. SEM)
• General sales support (e.g. organization of meetings/fairs, quoting templates, NDAs)
• Regular monitoring of customer activities and regular update of "Customer Overview"
• Acquisition tracking (ISAC, monthly) and account sales forecast (ACROSS)
• Processing prototype orders / investigation reports
• Responsibility for intranet pages


Utbildning/erfarenhet
• Fluent in English and Swedish. Preferably in German as well.
• Experience from the automotive sector and contact with automotive customers is preferable
• Background in business administration or engineering (preferably both)
• Experience from work within sales offices. Experience from a global sales organization is desirable.
• High social ability
• Structured in your work
• Excellent communication skills
