For the start up of our company in Sweden Malmo we're now recruiting aCommercial project manager
In this role you are responsible for planning, training and recruiting your own team of promotors and team captains. You are also responsible for the sales results of your team and together with your colleagues you are responsible for the day to day operations of this new Pepperminds office. This is a great opportunity for a young entrepreneurial spirit who wants to learn and work with his/her own team.
Responsibilities & tasks
• Select, train, keep, motivate, coach and grow a pool of crew members
• Achieve the agreed qualitative and quantitative sales goals of projects
• Making of crew-and location planning and execute field marketing
• Make sure that there is enough activity and work frequency of crew members
• Support by selling on the street or on the phone
• Administration and reporting of results
• Test, evaluate and implement new sales supporting tools
• Fill up the bar and kitchen, guard the base stock, take care of the building, order project materials
Background &personality
• Result driven
• Have university degree university or similar level of thinking/working
• A genuine "people" person
• Willing to help and coach your team members
• Interested in working with students
• Live in Malmo or close by
