Scania is undergoing an exciting transformation with the ambition to drive the shift towards a sustainable transport system. As electrification, connectivity and digitalization take center stage, digital services are becoming increasingly crucial in ensuring outstanding customer experience. To succeed in this journey, we are seeking a new Product Manager to join our Business Empowerment team.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping My Scania. My Scania is the digital platform where we deliver Scania digital services, and enable customers to manage their fleet, with strong focus on transport efficiency and sustainability. You will work alongside an inspiring and diverse team, leading our efforts to deliver premium digital experience to customers.
Your role
In your role as Commercial Product Manager you will have an opportunity to truly influence the vision of our offering. You will take an integral part in defining the product strategy by working closely together with a brilliant team of product owners, service designers and UX designers across the organisation. You will be the main interface towards our markets and will work cross functionally within the Scania organisation.
Responsibilities include
• Defining the vision, roadmap, and strategy by truly understanding our customers 'needs, the market trends and the competitive landscapes.
• Leading the different stakeholders toward successful implementation of our roadmap and strategy.
• Prioritizing the product development efforts in collaboration with the product owner.
• Securing successful market roll-out by providing support, training and communication materials.
• Securing performance by defining commercial and financial goals and tracking success metrics.
• keeping continuous contact with markets and customers, perform market assessments and build market expertise.
Skills & Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of service development and digital transformation. Experience within e-mobility is a plus.
• Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, cross-functional influence, demonstrated leadership skills.
• Problem-solving attitude, seeing opportunities and solutions in complex situations.
• University degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
