But now we want to be even better! We're looking for a Commercial Product Manager, Heating & Cooling systems to Ronneby. So, what are you going to do today?
Alfa Laval Heating and Cooling Systems is a global leader in energy efficient Heating and Cooling Systems for District Energy. Our technologies are worldwide recognized as highly innovative and seen as inspiration for other countries to help reaching their carbon footprint targets. We are currently seeking a Commercial Product Manager to take our product group Heat Interface Unit (HIU) to next level.

Who you are
About the jobEurope see a strong growth in District Energy market. You will be the global commercial and product respons-ible person for our HIU products.
Responsibility

Create and drive Commercial- and Product plans
Manage relationship with key customers
Collaborate with the global organization for local market input and actions
Identify local sales opportunities and be a team member to develop next steps from there
Collaborate with R&D to develop next generation radical new products
Keep current on legislative changes impacting the market application
Manage relationship with key partner suppliers
Partner with communications to develop marketing materials, commercial and technical.


Who are you?We are looking for a candidate with university degree, You have 7-10 years work experience in the HVAC industry, preferable with good knowledge in control- and connectivity technology. You bring a record of success in sales or product management backed up with very good business acumen. You are already a successful Sales Manager, Product Manager, Marketing Manager. You are a driven commercial salesperson that really feel responsible for Your tasks and meet Your customers with confidence.
You are able to work in a multicultural environment and should be prepared to travel. You are excellent in verbal and written communication as well as fluent in English.
PracticalitiesThe position is based in Ronneby, Sweden, the headquarter of our HCS business. You are expected to travel to the territories to meet the key customers, other stakeholders and sales force in Europe, up to 50 days a year.
