Commercial Analyst

Our streaming technology has been used billions of times to revolutionize how digital ads are delivered. We are now leveraging our tech in other products, most notably our website optimizer to stream images for websites for an enhanced user experience. About the Role
We are growing quickly and are looking to ramp up our commercial activities for global accounts (i.e. large global brands that we have business with in multiple markets). As part of this work, we are strengthening both our sales team and our commercial excellence efforts. This role is part of the latter, and is focused on generating analytics and insights for the sales- and management teams.

As Commercial Analyst, you will:

• Uncover actionable insights in our sales- and order data, and use insights to make operational and strategic decisions for the global accounts team
• Couple internal business data with external intelligence and data to understand account potential, e.g. through account penetration analysis, industry trend analysis, and annual reports
• Build automated models/dashboards to quickly generate insights for weekly/monthly followup of sales progress
• Package insights into powerful change-making communication to support the sales- and management teams
• Bring improvement ideas to the commercial function, e.g. by working with overall expansion strategy, or by bringing forth suggestions for how to target global brands and their surrounding digital advertising ecosystem
• Learn and grow as a leader by getting opportunities to take on larger chunks of responsibility, with mutual coaching as an integral part of your work

Who We Are Looking For
We believe you are a communicative, focused, analytical, team player with a "can do" attitude and a growth mindset. Ready to collaborate with the commercial team on strategic discussions, but not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done, and to learn about our business and tech for real. We believe you are used to working with Excel and PowerPoint, and that you are hungry to learn more about how to effectively drive change in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or other quantitative field
• Knowledge in change management, structured problem solving, communication (both presentation and writing),
• Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience from consulting or project work with proven track-record of delivering results, data-driven analysis and prioritization, hypothesis-driven approaches
• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred

• Master's degree in quantitative field
• Experience in PowerBI/Tableau dashboard development
• Professional proficiency in Swedish
