The Collection Department is a part of the Credit Risk Department. Our goal is to decrease credit losses and to improve customer experience. We are now looking for a Collection Process Analyst. Are you ready to be a part of an exciting position? Then you should apply for this job.

Our Collection Process Team is responsible for all major processes within the Collection Department. The goal is to continuously analyse current processes, identify areas of improvement as well as model and implement new collection processes in order to increase operational efficiency and optimize collection results.

As a Collection Process Analyst you will be both a process developer and an analyst, responsible to drive your own initiatives. Key elements of this role will be the analysis and improvement of existing collection processes and routines, exploration of new collection processes and the technical implementation.

We are looking for a committed, analytical and diligent person who enjoys working in an international environment and is able to fit in with the team. You feel comfortable in leading or being part of initiatives towards internal and external stakeholders. Since you will have responsibility, it is important that you are organized and quality assure your own work. Working in a challenging environment demands to be able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and acquire new skills fast.

To be successful in this role you find it easy to understand operational business processes and are able to apply technical knowledge in order to automate processes.You find it easy to communicate with business and technical resources effectively and proactively. In addition you enjoy managing many tasks at the same time as you are structured and have the ability to prioritize and deliver on deadline.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in IT, economics, business or equivalent

• Oral and written presentation skills in English

• Advanced skills in one programming/query language (e.g. Python, SQL) are required

• Experience in establishing operational improvements and new processes is a merit
