Are you a self-driven, passionate and results focused Senior Software Engineer looking to be part of our Development support team?
Are you ready to ensure the overall quality of code developed by projects and teams across RSA Scandinavia by taking on a flexible role, ranging from being allocated as a Solution Architect in strategic projects, to guiding and supporting teams of developers by implementing and enforcing coding standards and sound architecture?
You deliver quality
As part of our IT Quality team you are expected to act as the link between current developments and the high-level roadmap, as it is outlined in the RSA IT strategy. Through knowledge and innovation, we expect you to maintain and improve our Continuous Integration and Deployment processes in close cooperation with our DevOps team.
Quality is our focus, and you will be the main gatekeeper of overall software quality. Always considering important Non-functional requirements such as maintainability, testability and solution performance over the longevity of time.
Senior software engineer with Quality focus
Our team is turned to for experience and knowledge, both broader and deeper than that of developers working in teams across RSA Scandinavia. So, we expect you to be a highly skilled and experienced software developer, having previously worked as a lead developer with deep architectural knowledge.
The role includes supporting mixed teams of both in- and outsourced developers, so any experience from working across multiple teams, and even countries, is a big positive.
In short you can convert theory into practice and have a good understanding of the fine balance between the need for quality and the need for delivery.
As the leading source for innovation and modernization of the way we write and implement code, we would like you to be outgoing, outspoken and in general enjoying the role of "evangelist" spreading the good word of quality.
Requirements and knowledge:
• Clean code & SOLID principles
• Test Driven Development
• Solution architect
• Min. 5 years' experience within .Net / C# development
• Experienced in Continuos Delivery and the full lifecycle of IT Projects and Application Maintenance
