You will be responsible strategically and tactically to build and implement Ericsson's Co-marketing strategy, framework and ways of working in collaboration with key stakeholders.
We want to do the right initiatives aligned with Ericsson's strategy and execution plan to support:
Brand-building including technology leadership and sustainable business
Getting the full effect of our efforts through joint activities
Ensuring integrity in how we work to minimize legal and reputational risk
To be successful, this requires strong personal drive, a strategic perspective an analytical and structured approach and the ability to engage and collaborate effectively across units.
The position is within the unit for Business Excellence & Common Services and reports to the Head of Business Operations.
One of the Business Operations unit's main responsibilities is to ensure business excellence and integrity in our operations. Welcome to a team of great colleagues!

What you will do
Drive the development of our Co-marketing strategy and framework to ensure effective governance, ways of working, return on investments and fulfillment of both legal and compliance aspects
Create a structure for the Co-marketing / Joint activities' category within Contributions
Act as Subject Matter Expert to support Group Functions/Business Areas/Market Areas as necessary with matters related to Co-marketing
Secure adherence to the Contributions process and propose improvements as relevant
In a collaborative way, create communication plans for applicable target groups in Group Functions/Business Areas/Market Areas to build awareness around the area and share success to promote reuse
Manage the global governance and sub-process for Co-marketing / Joint activities within Contributions process on group level and support Business Areas and Market Areas
Prepare decision material and compile quarterly and annual status reports as needed
Manage vital collaboration and information management including securing internal key stakeholders' input, understanding, support and contribution for process implementation
You will bring
Educational background in Marketing, Communication, Business or equivalent
Driving operational development and implementing new ways to succeed
Worked with senior stakeholders from different units
Experience in driving larger change and improvement initiatives
Good Business and marketing understanding
Experience in advanced project management
Superb communication, presentation and reporting skills (verbal and written)
Knowledge sharing and being a great teammate
