We are currently seeking new co-workers to our Infrastructure and Operation Competence Center. The competence center is a pool of cutting edge professionals supporting the complete Infrastructure and Operations division. The division encompass 600 people and the Competence Center consist of about 100 highly skilled specialists within different fields of expertise. We normally work in long term assignments and in general, we aim to stay around two years in each assignment. However, we are flexible and fast adapting to the constant changes in the fashion industry and we are not afraid to try out new challenges. Our guiding stars are constant learning and improvement, entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for technology. Our scope is global and the solutions we work with connects H&M's systems around the world. We work as a team and your title will be technician within competence center.
The person we are looking for is recruited specifically for an assignment as Solution Architect with focus on Public Cloud. In this role, you will be part of H&M's Cloud journey - write architectural principles, give business case information and develop the way of working. Success factors are fast development and short time to market without compromising long-term sustainability of the solutions. A DevOps mindset is a must-have.

Your responsibilities
The job as a Solution Architect at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Onboard new applications by writing guidelines and implementing architectural principles
• Writing and maintaining architectural documents according to strategy
• Be part of new implementations and running PoCs
• Control and maintain already existing environment and give input to application team to optimize their delivery
• Be a part of driving the Cloud journey, structure the delivery and optimize it for tomorrows need

And your skills include:
• Hands on experience in Cloud Operations - mainly Microsoft Azure
• Networking
• IaaS
• PaaS
• Security
• Experience in development projects and general understanding of application development
• Experience in requirements engineering of larger systems. Knowledge of modeling techniques such as information and conceptual modeling, defining business rules and process modeling
• ITIL
• Knowledge in PPS or equivalent project model
• Facilitations of workshops
• Very good skills in English written and spoken
This is a fulltime position based in Marievik, Stockholm.

The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conducts business virtually all over the globe. The H&M group includes in addition to H&M the brands H&M Home, COS, & Other Stories, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday and ARKET. As an IT-department, we work with all brands.
