The Company has a novel treatment technology with demonstrated effectiveness against clinically important health problems for which there are limited treatment options available today. We are currently expanding our dynamic organization in Stockholm with a Clinical Research Director to lead our efforts in this area.
The position includes, among other things, responsibility for
• Directing our clinical trials strategy based on business needs and collaboration with other internal departments
• Planning and managing our program of clinical trials, including study design, monitoring, data management, enrolling and training investigators, and similar tasks
• Clinical project plans including key milestones, budget and staffing needs, and use of resources
• Our internal processes for conducting clinical trials, in accordance with ISO14155 and other relevant standards and regulatory requirements. This includes the development of suitable Standard Operating Procedures and similar
• Managing relationships with external partners such as researchers, CROs as well as other internal functions such as Product Development and the Medical Director.
• Leading our internal clinical trials team. We currently have one full-time junior CRA.
We want you to
• Have at least ten years of experience from similar work on clinical trials with medical devices or pharmaceuticals
• Have understanding of FDA and European regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practices and similar
• In-depth expertise in clinical research methodologies, processes and timelines
• Have relevant higher education, preferably at Master's degree level or PhD
The position is full time and based at our office centrally located in Östermalm in Stockholm. You will report to our CEO Fredrik Juto.
