Description of tasks:

In the senior role as Client Service Executive (CSE), you will be part of the Client Services organisation working with the Front Arena solutions within Fidelity Information Services. Front Arena provides comprehensive, trading and risk management solutions to capital markets institutions.

The CSE role is a pivotal role directly facing off to the client, managing their expectations and being the primary face into the organisation for the client. Your focus will be managing the service delivery of a hosted trading implementation within the areas of order management, market making, and position keeping. You will work with institutional trading clients at a senior operational level, to build strong and robust relationships. You are the face of the many Front Arena teams based in Stockholm that deliver the underlying service and support to our rapidly expending client base.
Position Responsibilities
• Manage all and maintain customer relationships for existing hosted trading solutions
• Ensure timely project delivery for changes required by the client, FIS or exchanges
• Chair and coordinate client meetings, all internal stakeholders
• Management of reporting and escalation needed to solve any problems encountered
• Maintain and drive a high level of quality and priority management of client issues
• Contribute to the business development and added value by understanding of the client requests
• Coordinate and drive ownership of resolution for complex incidents
• Continuously work with product and solution improvements to achieve the best possible outcomes


Decription of skills:

Position Requirements
• Master of Science (or equivalent) majoring in Computer Science, Financial Mathematics, Engineering Physics or similar
• 2-3 years proven working experience in the financial industry:
• Working as a trader or trading software support
• Account management or appropriate relationship management experience
• Thorough knowledge in Electronic Trading
• Understanding of Financial Markets across assets
• Familiar with Agile methods and Incident Management
• Skills in Front Arena is beneficial
• Communications skills:
• Effective presentation and interpersonal skills
• Build positive, professional, relationships with clients
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Other language skills are advantageous
• Other skills and abilities:
• Understanding and focusing on clients' needs, and establish credibility
• Have attention to details, and must be resourceful
• Analytical, problem solving skills
• Thrive under pressure
