Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Venuepoint is looking for a strong all round Client Service Supporter. You will be working in a support team in Göteborg but in direct report to the Client Operations Manager in Denmark. Support to our B2B clients (phone and mail) · Administration and setup of events · Support to the Sales Department and B2C Customer Service

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
You are experienced in B2B customer service and you take pride in delivering good service · You have good technical insight · It will be an advantage if you have experience with ticket related systems and services. · You have good oral and writing communication skills in Swedish and English and it would be an advantage if you also speak/write Norwegian · You are structured and goal oriented · You are interested in travelling regularly to Denmark
