Nordic Retail Group (NRG) is one of the largest retail agencies in the Nordics. We're a full-service retail agency and we're specialists in retail and store communication, both online and in store. We work with international as well as local clients all over the Nordics and are present in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
THE ROLE
We're now looking for a passionate, innovative, and business mindedClient Services Manager who can help maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board. The Client Services Manager will help our clients to better understand the full potential of our servicesand act as liaison between the client and customer service.

You are enthusiastic about the new challenges, easily trained and committed to our customers' businesses and flexible in your mindset. • Ambitious and wants to grow and learn new things
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 7 years working in Experience
• Experience of minimum 5 years working in Retail
• Merit is if you have experiencefromTrade /Markering / Online
• Management or supervisor experience
• Project management experience
• Experience of working with local and international clients
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both in writing and speaking
