hela Sverige Talos is looking for an experienced customer-facing engineer to help support our customers in a fast-paced, 24 / 7, global digital asset trading ecosystem. This individual will play a key role in ongoing customer success and the overall health of our trading systems.
• Serve as primary point of contact between Talos and our customers, including interactions with head traders, engineers, and system administrators
• Engage in maintaining system stability and dedicated servicing of client inquiries and helping with client integrations
• Work with clients to help troubleshoot and resolve issues and questions in live trading systems
• Ascertain common customer pain points and proactively solve future problems
• Assist broadly with client acquisition pipeline
Your profile
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing support / engineering role
• Programming and / or scripting experience preferred
• Engineering degree or quantitative equivalent or similar experience
• Experience with Linux and distributed systems / cloud services
• Experience with trading systems in either capital markets or digital assets strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional problem-solving ability
