We are looking for a Client Partner who will be responsible for Account management and Customer Relationship

The key responsibilities include:

Create and manage CXO relationship and drive business for organisation.
Revenue Management: Meeting unit's revenue and margin targets through service delivery.
Relationship Management: Building strong relationship at the customer management level.
Business Development: Grow business through cross sell, up-sell.
Business Consultation: Strategy and Business Process consultation
Drive cross team collaboration and work with a diverse range of stakeholders across TCS Travel and Transport Practise team, our partners and customers to advocate the value of TCS solutions.
Work together with account leads and partners to establish and understand customer requirements
Actively engage with prospects to position solutions and services to be the single point of contact TCS and customer.
Bringing in thought leadership and value addition to presales opportunities by providing appropriate solution with optimal, risk averse governance and staffing plan
Maintain solid Airline understanding of products in conjunction with business benefits.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

Entrepreneur mindset, Commercial Acumen. Strong relationship handling.
12+ years of experience in the following:
Airline sales and delivery
Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients
Project delivery in Airline is preferred
Fluency in English
Extensively worked on project proposals, oral presentations, project estimations and staffing plans.
Offerings and solution development: Understand the needs for client and tailor TCS's existing solutions and/or create new solutions
Onshore-offshore delivery model: Work in a Global Delivery Model including the onshore-offshore model to leverage TCS's global consultant pool to deliver the most cost effective services to the clients
Experience of working in multicultural environment
Multi-Geography experience: Wide experience across different GEO and preferred to managing Airline customer.
Preferred to be entrepreneur mind-set.
