We are looking for a person with experience from shipping or forwarder industry, or equivalent education, to take on a position as Client Coordinator at Maersk Line Customer Service in Gothenburg. The ideal candidate should also have customer service experience. You will be the customer's single point of contact, be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relations, handle booking exceptions and drive improvements.

The vacant position is located at the office at Mölndalsvägen, Gothenburg.

Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate is proactive, result driven, serviceminded and has a commercial mindset. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy the interaction with other people. You are able to take on multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and strive to deliver excellence in the details.

We are looking for an individual open for changes and challenges and with the ability to take on tasks in a can-do spirit. We value the ability to identify necessary actions and implement appropriate solutions, as well as preventive actions and process reviews leading to improvements.

Applicants need fluent skills in English and experience from shipping or forwarder industry. Swedish or other Scandinavian language is an absolute requirement.

The position is temporary until 31st of December 2015, and preferred start date is as soon as possible.
