Maersk Line, a division of the AP Möller-Maersk group, is the world's largest shipping company, with a fleet if more than 500 vessels and 1,9 million TEU's. Globally, Maersk Line has about 25.000 employees in 325 offices around the world. Maersk Sverige AB in Gothenburg houses appr. 200 dedicated employees in different functions. We are looking for candidates for two positions at the Customer Service department.
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Areas of responsibility:
• Handle customers' shipments "from A to Z".
• Handle all daily communication with external customers in a timely, responsible and efficient manner, and in line with the Maersk Line values and business strategy.
• Daily information sharing and communication with sales, operations, finance departments, as well as with the Maersk Line Global Service Centre and foreign Maersk Line offices.
• Work with continuous process improvements.
• Take ownership for the whole shipment lifecycle process, including cross-functional coordination and proactive handling of service issues. Keep customers informed.

The ideal candidate for the position needs to be result-driven, service-minded, have excellent communication skills and enjoy the interaction with colleagues and customers around the world. You need to be able to take on multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and strive to deliver excellence in the details. The aim is to create a world class customer experience through great customer service, great products, a commercial mindset and a positive attitude. We are looking for an individual open for changes and challenges in the exciting environment a global shipping company provides, and with the ability to take on multiple tasks in a can-do spirit. The candidate needs to be a strong team-player.
Key for this position is the ability to understand the bigger picture and to quickly identify necessary actions, then to effectively implement the appropriate solutions.

Experience
• Business knowledge is an advantage
• Customer service knowledge and skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish
• Preferably some years of work experience
• A university degree or other higher education is preferred
