Since 2010, we have been connecting trading platforms, liquidity providers and brokers, with operations in London and Sweden.
Our customer base in China is increasing and to provide the best support possible to our clients, we are now looking for a Chinese speaking and service minded colleague with an interest in technology.
The job contains a broad range of tasks as the Client Services team are responsible for the whole chain of delivery and support, both first and second line. You will work together with our sales representatives to ensure that the customer gets a solution fitted to their needs. Together with your colleagues and team manager, you will be responsible for the technical implementation and configuration, which means a close dialogue with the customer's technical representative. The role as Client Services Offices also includes test for delivery as well as education, surveillance and support after the solution has been delivered. You will have customer contacts on phone, email and chat and together with our developers handle technical issues as they occur.
Our technical surveillance and support covers all hours, why you will be working in shifts, mostly towards our Chinese customers.
Our company language is English, so it's important that you are comfortable with the English language as well as the Chinese.
What skills are we looking for?
• Service minded
• High level of both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
• 3+ years of work experience
• A proactive work approach
• The ability to work varied hours
It's a plus if you have the following experience
• Financial Markets (Forex, CFD, Stocks etc)
• Previous experience from customer service/technical support
• Knowledge in system development
• Experience from quality assurance
