hela Sverige As CTO and member of the ASSA ABLOY Executive Team, your main responsibilities will include innovation and product development. Your focus will be on the development of common global platforms and technologies. You will prepare our sustainable product portfolio for the future as well as align our innovation and operational processes.
This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden. You will report to the President and CEO of the ASSA ABLOY Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As CTO of the ASSA ABLOY Group, you will manage two areas, one being the innovation processes and our Shared Technologies organization. Shared Technologies is ASSA ABLOY's joint development center, focusing on cutting edge technology and platforms used throughout ASSA ABLOY. The other being Group functions such as Supply Chain, Operation Excellence and Environmental Sustainability as well as other initiatives and activities supporting the Groups vision and strategy.
As a member of the ASSA ABLOY Executive Team you will promote and support collaboration to ensure that synergies, resources and business opportunities are fully taken advantage of.

DESIRED SKILLS SET AND EXPERIENCE
The position requires a University degree or equivalent, in combination with several years' experience from a similar position, preferably from the service development and construction industry. To succeed in the role you need to have both experience of, true interest in and understanding of new technologies and solutions.
You need to have a high business proficiency in English and be willing to travel extensively, as well as have the ability to deal with diverse cultures.
