We are the leading force in zinc-ion battery technology, committed to driving innovation and sustainability in energy solutions. Our patented zinc and manganese technology is transforming stationary energy storage, providing a safer and more affordable solution. Headquartered in Stockholm, we are on the cusp of establishing the world's first mega-factory for zinc-ion batteries, the Enerpoly Production Innovation Center (EPIC). We are actively seeking a trustworthy and influential Chief of Staff to join our team and help supporting our leaders, improving efficiency and productivity throughout the organization.
This will be your role:
As the Chief of Staff at Enerpoly, you will play a vital role in fostering operational excellence, supporting leadership, and driving efficiency throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass implementing operational strategies, providing expertise in the Energy & Utilities domain, and ensuring the seamless integration of Enerpoly products into the energy ecosystem. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Implement operational cadence and strategies to promote efficiency and productivity across the organization.
• Assist the executive team in documentation and record-keeping.
• Serve as a domain expert in Energy & Utilities, providing internal training on industry advancements and technologies.
• Support leadership in executing strategic plans for the integration of Enerpoly products into the energy ecosystem.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal and external stakeholders, coordinating across departments and supporting collaborator or partner relationships.
• Track projects and initiatives across the organization, evaluating operations against set KPIs and proposing measures to leadership in case of deviations.
• Enhance a culture of continuous improvement within the operations team, optimizing processes, and implementing methodologies.
• Improve upon existing operational tools, coordinating with departments to define requirements, building new tools, and maintaining high-security standards.
