hela Sverige iZettle lets anyone take secure card payments with their Smartphones or tablets. The Swedish start-up was founded in 2010 by entrepreneurs Jacob de Geer and Magnus Nilsson with backing from world class institutional investors such as Index Ventures, Greylock Partners, Creandum and Northzone Ventures. iZettle is growing fast and currently has around 60 employees spread out across their offices in Stockholm, London and Berlin.
We are looking for a structured and driven CFO to our head office in Stockholm.
The CFO will have a key role in the company when it comes to strategic direction as well as in ensuring that adequate control mechanisms are in place in order to manage the day to day challenges of executing on a strategy for significant growth and international expansion. You will have a team of dedicated and bright people working with you in the Finance Department.
Your responsibilities will include
• Internal and external reporting ? management, board and regulatory reporting
• Accounting
• Budgeting
• Control
• Financing and Liquidity management
• Tax
• Investor relations
Expected profile
We are looking for someone who has a university degree in accounting and finance and you may well have been a certified auditor before moving into the operational field. Having experience from managing a finance department in a fast growing company with international activities is a definite plus. You are comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment meeting the challenges of combing high growth with strict controls. Fluency in English is a must.
As a person you are careful and structured and has a great sense of order. You are flexible and you enjoy the high energy level of a start up company. You are also expected to have a real interest in business and you possess good holistic and analytical skills.
This position is located at the headquarters in Stockholm. The position will require 30-40 days of travelling per year.
