Broström AB is currently operating a fleet of approximately 80 product/chemical tankers. Providing safe and environmental sensible distribution of oil and chemical products for the major oil companies and oil traders on a short voyage basis, primarily in the North European market.
We are currently looking for a Chief Engineerto join our team.
Bro Distributor, Product/Chemical tanker 14907 DWT, Swedish Flag, trading area Europe, Tour on duty 6 weeks on, 6 weeks off.

Qualifications
Licence and Certificates required on all Broström vessels in order to work as a Chief Engineer:
• Engineer Officer Class Chief Engineer Unlimited Certificate or endorsement has to be issued by Swedish Transport Agency
• Certificate of Competency in handling oil in bulk.
• Certificate of Competency in handling chemicals.
• Certificate of Fire Fighting
• Medical Certificate for seagoing personnel
• Seaman's discharge book
• Valid Passport
To work at Broström you need to be service-minded and have the ability to work in a team as well as independently. You will need to have the ability to take own initiatives and make quick decisions. The environment is international and the working language is English.
