We're currently looking for a creative and intelligent CDO queen/king to spearhead the data-development for the company. The job will encompass full responsibility for all AI development, AB-testing as well as data modelling and programming in Python, R, Scala or similar suitable languages of your choosing. You will have at least one person working under you, but as the company grows so will your team. Your job will not necessarily include the technical implementation of the AI though - this can be taken care of by the tech team.
Your academic background is probably within data, statistics, mathematics, analysis or something similar. More importantly though, you have practical experience in advanced modeling in general, and machine learning/AI in particular.
Furthermore, you have a high-level vision of data priorities and strategy, as well as a keen eye for identifying data-related business opportunities. You will also have the last say on the collecting and maintaining of accurate data, the implementing of data privacy policies and the ensuring of data security.
