Operations include seven general markets
• Import and trading of digital measuring and precision instruments from Asia to the Middle East and Scandinavia.
• Marketing of interactive IT solutions;
• Sales and Exports of interactive IT products and systems mainly to Middle East;
• Legal, administrative and technical consultancy to the industry;
• Iinstallation and service of sold digital measuring and precision instruments;
• Equity finance portfolio engaging in private small-, and middle size companies in growth management situations.
Arexxo Product Partners Ltd is facing a major effort to increase their presence in Asia and the Middle East, and to launch into new markets in Scandinavia, representing a significant exposure to the consumer sector.
Description of work: Arexxo Product Partners Ltd is looking for a corporate lawyer to be stationed mainly in the Scandinavian Company Headquarters in Gothenburg; The job will require substantial travelling to other regional offices in Iran, Kina, South Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia with neighboring countries, France, UK and Scandinavia. The corporate lawyer for Arexxo should have many years of experience in international trade in the Middle East as a base and a longstanding multicultural exposure to international corporate law; Your work will include international business experience in the business culture that characterizes the Middle East and Asia. You should be able to review and develop contracts, manage legal matters for general meetings in Sweden, stock market regulatory issues, coordinate insurance contracts in the Middle East group, and to supervise at team of in-house lawyers from different legal systems in contracts and company law. You will also interact with external lawyers both within and outside Sweden. Experience in trade with Asia and the Middle East is meditating. You will report to the CFO, stationed alternately in Teheran and in Gothenburg and support him in board & shareholders meetings; The working languages are English, Persian and Arabic.
Requirements for personal
• Minimum 10 years of experience in legal work as a corporate lawyer specializing in international corporate law and contracts with an extensive knowledge of the electronics industry with an experience in international patent law;
• Experience of independent work in an professional environment in collaboration with Swedish business lawyers;
• There will be demands on your business expertise, and we like to see that you have experience in M & A processes in Europe as well as in the Middle East sphere;
• Excellent skills in oral and written professional English, Persian, and Arabic extended into drafting agreements between the West and the Middle East;
• Conversation skills in Cantonese and Mandarin, is preferred;
• Previous experience from investment Companies is a merit;
• Your education is preferably an MBA from an Asian Country and a double degree in law and economics from an English/Persian speaking University is required;
