Job description
As Chief Accountant you will be responsible for group accounting and lead the daily work of the accountants located in Stockholm and in our local offices. You will report to the CFO.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Group accounting, controlling and consolidation
• Maintenance and development of accounting policies and guidelines
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS)
• Monthly reconciliation and reporting package
• Budgeting and cost calculation
• Manage the group insurance coverage
• Prepare the Annual report
• Manage the implementation of a new reporting system
Other important tasks for this person is to continuously enhance the quality of the financial reporting, and to actively be involved in introducing Performance Management in the company.
Who we are looking for
You have a University degree in Accounting and at least five years experience from a similar position. You have excellent knowledge of IFRS and experience from working in an international environment.
You are able to work independently, take responsibility and you are a motivated and positive person. The job requires excellent English and Swedish language skills.
