LumenRadio is a high-tech company experiencing massive growth. We have been leading the wireless transformation within the lighting industry and are now also enabling connectivity for the Internet of Things (IoT) and M2M. Description

We are now looking for our next Superstar to join an already amazing team! Based out of our HQ in Gothenburg you will be responsible for driving sales and maximise revenue opportunities with our channel partners who are active within our Professional Lighting area.

This means you will be spending the majority of your time talking to, and meeting with, our existing partners and help strengthening their business. You will also be asked to find new channel partners who you think would be a good fit for us and to oversee the on-boarding process.

Our channel partners are found all over the world which means you will be traveling both often and to different parts of the world.

Other things you will be spending your days doing in your role as Channel Sales Manager includes (in no particular order):

• Plan, implement and evaluate channel marketing plans
• Working closely with sales teams within the channel partner to train and advise
• Regularly meeting with counterparts with partner organisation
• Monthly reporting on sales KPI's within channel partners
• Working towards sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Director
• Giving feedback to the marketing team on the success of sales promotions
• Addressing customer service issues as raised by the channel partner
• Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel partners
• Working on cross selling opportunities within the organisation


What we think you have done before

If you have previous experience of driving channel sales that is of course a big advantage but otherwise we believe our next Superstar can come from a wide range of backgrounds. The most important things are that you already know what it takes to be successful in selling, know how to talk to people, don't mind traveling and like to work hard to achieve our joint goals!

We are growing really fast and change happens quickly, so it is also important that the right person is not afraid of changes, are confident in themselves and willing to help your colleagues when needed.
