Lantmännen Agroetanol AB is looking for a new CFO, which will play an important role during our continued growth together with Lantmännen Agroetanol.
Lantmännen Agroetanol is now hiring a forward-looking CFO for the business group's operations in Norrköping. Lantmännen Agroetanol is an expansive company with great confidence in their products and business model. They are searching for a candidate who wants to participate in the company's continued expansion as an important part of the management and in charge of Lantmännen Agroetanol's financial function. The wide range of work within the role requires an experienced and dynamic person with talent for business and legal work.
The role includes an overall responsibility for economics, controlling and analysis as well as responsibilities within the IT area. As CFO, you have the final responsibility for the company's budget process, follow-up, analysis, financial reporting and the reporting to the business group, the company owners and the authorities. The financial organization currently has seven employees. You will be a part of the management team and report directly to the CEO.
Main responsibilities:
* Overall responsibility for the financial function and the financial processes of the company
* Strive to develop the financial management of the company and of their subsidiary companies
* Perform work to move forwards with goals, strategies and financial ratios
* Operate and lead the "Risk Group" and be responsible for financial risk monitoring
* Work with business connected controlling and financial management issues
* Ensure an effective reporting process to the business group regarding the company and its subsidiary companies
* Responsible for accounting
* Responsible for the company's IS/IT issues
Qualifications and experience
We are looking for a person who has an academic degree in economics and has experience of a high level corporate financial position, for example CFO, senior controller or a similar position. You have good knowledge of accounting and a well-developed understanding and interest of financial business processes. Previous executive experience and experience of company board member work is meritorious. We would also like you to have experience of IT system ownership. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English (written and spoken) and you have good communication skills.
