Blueair is now about to hire a CFO who will bring the global financial function to the next level! You have a strong sense of business acumen in todays global environment. As a CFO you manage the finance department which today consists of two coworkers and you will also have matrix responsibility for functions in other countries. We are looking for a person with international work experience from both an operative and strategic level.
Arbetsbeskrivning / Work Description
The CFO, reporting to the CEO of Blueair, is a key member of top management and responsible for all aspects of financial management in Blueair. This position participates and advises in the development of strategies and targets that fulfill the vision of Blueair as the thought leader in it’s industry. The CFO ensures timely, accurate, and actionable information to support decisions for growth and profitability.
The CFO will be responsible for:
• Financial policy, management, and reporting
• Profitability analysis
• Internal control of the infrastructure, i.e., IT systems that supports the controlling and accounting functions
Main responsibilities
You are responsible to deliver and to develop the financial processes within a global organization.
You are responsible for utilising all data to increase profitablity of monthly reports, controlling and consolidation. You will also support the CEO, the finance department and the management. Forecast and budget is included as well as reporting to the Board of Directors. This role also includes responsibility of producing cash flow analysis and financial data. A development area is to drive and implement the business system Netsuit. You will also be a part of the local management team and report to the Board of Directors. Contact with external auditors and responsibility for the annual financial report and its processes will also be a part of your work.
Din profil / Your profile
• Business driven person who might have had, and/or wants to have own P/L responsiblity
• Excellent communication skills
• At least five years of work experience from a similar international position, preferably towards Asia/China.
• Higher financial education is a prerequisite in order to handle this role.
• You are fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
• Ability to build and lead a high performing and collaborative teams.

Excellent communication skills are required since you will engage with- and support the CEO, management team and the financial department in all financial matters. As a CFO you are a problem solver with a comprehensive view on a global level.
