We are looking for a CE & Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality team in Helsingborg. The main responsibilitie in this position is to provide leadership, training and directions to the European business regarding CE matters. Your tasks will also include support to the quality assurance processes within the European business and plan training programs.
Your main work tasks and responsibilities will be;

• Make sure that each equipment type is CE approved prior to shipment to member states of the European Community
• Lead the internal CE group in the risk assessment process
• Be the internal expert, and stay continuously updated, on CE related directives, norms and harmonized standards related to machinery safety
• Train the organization on machinery safety and to handle the risk assessment process independently.
• Assist in maintenance and further development of the Quality Management System.
• Assist in the Warranty and Goodwill case handling process
• Assist in the internal Deviation Reporting process and the external Supplier Deviation Reporting
• Assist in developing quality assurance processes and creation of metrics to measure performance against goals
• Develop training programs for our service and installation technicians.

Qualifications;

• Degree in the technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Should have minimum 10 years of work experience within the fields like CE approvals, HSE, norms and standards, engineering and installations of food machinery.
• Strong track record of being able to lead, inspire and work through others
• Persistent, thorough and able to work with long term projects and goals without losing focus.
• Theoretical as well as practical skillsets.
• Structured and well organized.
• Good knowledge in MS Office, in particular Excel
• Good judgment on development needs and ideal staffing of projects
• Fluent in English
