Description
Do you want to develop your strategic sourcing capabilities in the area of procurement of services?
We are looking for a Category Purchaser focused on the area of Marketing and Communications to strengthen our Global IMS team. The Global IMS team drives end-to-end strategic sourcing and supplier base strategies for Marketing and Communications, HR and Professional Services, Maintenance / Repair / Operations (MRO) and Facility Management. This is done in close cooperation with our business stakeholders as well as our Cluster organisations.
In this global role, you will perform spend analysis, execute sourcing projects and implement and manage contracts. You will have Marketing and Communications as your area of expertise in the team and your main targets will be to achieve cost reduction, drive supplier consolidation and build business partnership.
The position is based in Lund and includes 10% travelling.
Main responsibilities
• Supporting Global Category Leader within Marketing and Communications
• Sourcing strategy implementation
• Execute sourcing and contracting projects
• Cost/spend analysis
• Drive supplier selections (RfI/RfP/RfQ)
• Lead commercial negotiations
• Provide legally secured contracts
• Supplier Performance Management
• Contract and Compliance management
Qualifications
We are looking for a driven, analytical candidate with a business mindset who wants to develop further within strategic sourcing. Experience in purchasing of services is seen as an asset.
Your strong communication skills combined with your interpersonal capabilities enable you to easily interact cross borders between sourcing, internal customers and suppliers.
We believe you have a university degree and experience from end-to end sourcing and contracting of services.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
The following competences are seen as an asset:
• e-sourcing
• Advanced excel skills
