• Implement the strategic plan for relevant category
• Development and maintenance of relevant product generation plan
• Range owner (including specifications and start/stop dates)
• Holistic Make vs. Buy assessment
• Product Line representative in Product Development Projects
• Planning and Implementation of launches according to plan
• Tracking and assuring Business performance according to budget and identify course corrections if needed (with Regional PLs)
• Support Category Director in identify business opportunity together with regions
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in product marketing and/or commercial areas (with product knowledge/ product management) and/or product development (ideally in more than one function)
• Very good project management skills, able to plan and prioritize
• Team player, able to influence and work in a matrix organization
• Good communicator, builds networks and can leverage resources from different areas to work together towards overall objectives
• Awarness of diverse culture and able to use the best way to work with diversity and remote project teams
• Cross functional collaboration
• Self-starter, results-driven
• Strong, analytical skills with ability to see the big picture
