Tasks
The main task will be to take part in our screening of jobseekers. The screening consists of two steps; 1) a personality assessment, and 2) an assessment of the jobseekers (foreign) qualifications. The second step requires in-depth knowledge of universities and major employers in the jobseekers home country. The home country will most often be Syria and it is suitable for the applicant to have lived there. Knowledge of Iraq, Libya or Iran could also be useful and is therefore meriting.
This position is in-house and will not be used in assignments to clients.
Qualifications
• Fluent in spoken English and/or Swedish.
• Documented in-depth experience-based-knowledge of universities and major employers in Syria, knowledge of more countries is meriting.
• An academic degree enabling a professional assessment of a jobseeker's social and professional qualifications.
Scope
Initially only a couple of hours per week. The position is therefore suitable for someone who currently holds another occupation. The expected need for this position is however expected to increase during 2016 and could increase to full time.
