Häringe Slott began in the 11th century with the Viking Sote. Since then, Häringe has been passed on through a various range of owners. King Gustav Vasa had a residence here and Gusta Horn built the stone Palace as it stands today in 1657.

Currently, Häringe Slott is looking for an experienced Executive Chef to begin as soon as possible. The ideal person will have worked in a restaurant or hotel before and be available to work all shifts, including weekends. This person is a team player and is driven to succeed.
In your role as Chef, you have the overall quality and operational responsibility in the kitchen where scheduling, labor, workforce management, supply orders and daily menu planning. We are looking for an experienced person who wants to cook with a focus on organic and slow food from the finest produce. You have the ability to engage and enthuse your staff and to create a good team. You set clear objectives and understand the need to further develop and encourage your employees.
We prefer that you have a background in supervisory functions in high-quality kitchens and cope with a stressful and at times high work rate. You should be a good financial understanding. Service must be your heart.
