Capi is rapidly expanding on an international level. Next to our headquarters in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands, you can find Capi on the airports of Amsterdam, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, Johannesburg, Capetown, Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin, Vienna and Helsinki. Main duties
• To advise customers (international target group);
• To sell our assortment of consumer electronics;
• To ensure and take care of a professional and inviting presentation of products;
• To replenish the assortment;
• Keeps the shop tidy and clean;
• Assists during shop inventories;
• Following strategic guidelines;
• Keeping up with market developments;
• Other duties may be required to do.
Profile
• Affinity with electronics, some product knowledge is desirable;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Proficiency in other languages are preferable;
• Commercial attitude;
• Able to function well in a team as individually;
• You enjoy working in shifts which may occur 7 days a week between 05:00-20:00
• You are able to reach the airport at all times within an hour.
If someone has a long working history, then we would like to see some work experience in Sales/ Retail.
If someone is just starting out in the workforce, then it is fine if they do not have that experience yet.
Most important for us is that a candidate is looking for a sales job where he or she wants to stay at least for the upcoming year.
Another thing which we find important is that someone has a passion for retail, loves being in contact with customers and with providing service.
Lastly, we also look for candidates who have an affinity with electronics as that is what they will be selling.

Hours:
We are looking for part-time as well as full-time candidates.
However, we only offer part-time contracts (and if employees want to work more, then they can always apply to open shifts).
If someone wants to work fulltime, it is of course possible as there are always open shifts, however, it will be via a part-time contract.
