Responsibilities
Most important of all. You will be a leader. We need you to drive business change outside of the product team (e.g., to leverage digital product fully or plan user training), as well as coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders across the business.
• Organization Readiness- Design and implement Organization Readiness activities, after assessing current state, and prepare for plan implementation.
• Change Management- Design complex Change strategies and change plans based on the business changes needed and support leaders and their organizations to embody the necessary changes. Understanding the dynamics of change, leverage specific procedures and programs to meet initiative or business change needs.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders - Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand the business needs and where to design a new change management process

This Leadership role will analyze, design, develop and deliver high priority, high impact, organization design and strategic change work. Further, expert guidance and coaching will be provided to business and function leadership and their teams to ensure the following:
• Partner with VPs to assure organization readiness, leveraging key functional partners, for continuous improvement and sustainability
• Executive alignment strategies with customized leadership action plans
• Effective organization designs including identified capabilities, streamlined processes, innovative business models, new roles, and decision making
• Development of change strategies and plans for accelerated implementation of new organization designs and processes, acting in partnership with local resources.
Required Background
• Hands-on experience in key project lead or entrepreneurial/general managerial role
• Experience from working with Agile methodologies, preferably as a product owner and/or scrummasterExperience managing difficult interactions with stakeholders of various seniority level
• Business transformation experience (i.e larger consulting firms such as Deloitte, Accenture, BCG)
• Formal training in organization development
• Executive Coaching experience
