We are looking for a new team member, Business System Specialist, for our Service Solution team that is part of the divisional IT/IS organization at our headquarter. The IT/IS organization of ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems consists of approximately 80 employees serving the global organization. We are situated ten minutes from the train station in a modern office.
What you will be doing
In this job as Business System Specialist, you will be a part of the divisional IT/IS organization as an internal IS consultant working with the development of the field service process and systems in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment. You will work in a team consisting of 3 Business System Specialists and 1 Project Manager. The main focus in this job as Business System Specialist, will be on the mobility system supporting 1700 mobile workers in 17 countries. The process is covering call-intake to invoice and are fully integrated with our new Dynamics AX 2012 and three legacy ERP.
As a Business System Specialist you will also work with requirement analysis, specification, configuration management, release management and tests with potential to become the system owner of one or several of the systems in Service Solutions. This job includes troubleshooting, 3rd line support and configuration in cooperation with supplier.
In this job as Business System Specialist you could expect to communicate on a daily basis with colleagues around the world, to secure a unified approach on processes. You will also initiate, and drive projects and you will be responsible for deliverance and results within your area of work. This job is in an international environment that is dynamic and fast paced, with many possibilities to make a difference and add value to the business. The team members are open and result oriented, always.
What we are looking for
We believe that you have previous experience from a job as an application specialist/consultant, system specialist or system owner. You are ready to take on your next job! Or maybe you have a new degree but previous work experience. A positive customer service attitude and strong business understanding comes natural to you, and you have good analysis- and decision making skills.
You are used to working in projects and a great interest in application/system management. You see the big picture and you like to take responsibility for the complete solution a-z.
It is considered a plus if you have experience in Mobility systems, Monitoring systems or MDM systems, or the field service process/CRM. Good database knowledge mainly on Microsoft SQL-Server is also a plus.
As we work in an international organization excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is needed.
