The location for this position is Kista. Your mission As a Business Support Specialist, you work closely together with the customer service team to support customers and sales teams in the most efficient and satisfying way. You're responsible for ensuring correct and timely completion of business support duties - such as back order management, incoming requests, stock management and audit management - and for providing feedback and updates to managers to prevent potential problems and minimize negative business impact. You actively engage with coworkers and managers in reviewing and streamlining processes for continuous improvements, and you collaborate with the quality and EHS team regarding our quality management system and in improving the customer complaint handling processes. Furthermore, you proactively apply our safety first culture and our core values in all activities. Your profile We're looking for someone with a high level of understanding for customer needs and preferably technical knowledge within the metal cutting industry. You also have solid skills and understanding of business processes, quality and logistics. It 's considered a plus if you also have experience from the manufacturing industry within a matrix organization along with a general understanding of IT. As we act both locally and on the global stage, you need excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish. We truly value your personality! You have strong business acumen and interpersonal skills. You're a self-starter with the ability to work in a structured and organized manner, always with an eye for detail and a sense for priorities.
